As such, design is at the heart of everything we do. Our designers continue to evolve our cabinet and sofa collections in style and function to match today’s living.
Old Charm Collection
The ‘Old Charm Collection’ made from oak is still a popular choice for many interiors due to its durability and hard open grain, which is ideal for the rigours of domestic use as well as for delicate carving. Traditional carving motifs used on Old Charm furniture include linenfold panels, stylized Gothic arches, cactus flowers and the ornate bulbous leg (pictured) to name a few. Each carving has its own unique history.
Authentic bespoke fittings such as the ring pull handles and snake hinges have been created specifically for the Old Charm collection. Genuine hand soldered lead lights are also used in the various glazed cabinets.
Chatsworth Collection
The ‘Chatsworth Collection’ is a more classic and unembellished style that reflects the informality of the archetypal English ‘country manor’. What it lacks in adornment it makes up for in character shown through the knotty oak, turned legs, and plain beaded panels. It is finished in ‘Flaxen’, a mellow straw colour that together with mild softening suggests centuries of use.
Hand forged metal handles and discreet hinges are used as door furniture and to enhance the collection’s simple lines. A selection of dining fabrics and hides are available that complement the Chatsworth collection.
Frame Collection
Our ‘Frame Collection’ is inspired by casual kitchen living and dining and is characterised by its bold yet simple proportions offering practical and comfortable living and dining options in a waxed natural oak finish. This beautiful oak furniture collection allows for the creation of a fresh clean look, especially when combined with the quality, function and style of its occasional pieces, delivering a relaxed yet classy living space.
Sofa Collection
Our ‘Sofa Collection’ has been designed to enhance the lifestyle possibilities for our cabinet furniture. Adding colour, warmth and a variety of style options the collection comprises 6 upholstery ranges: The Lavenham, Blakeney, Burnham, Hemsby, Weybourne and Hug. The pieces are designed to complement all Wood Bros’ finishes.
Our Range of Fabrics
Our designers have put together an extensive collection of fabrics to choose from including coloureds, plains, textures and patterns. From elegant florals, transitional checks, and Kilim-style patterns represent a diverse selection of co-ordinating colours, textures and styles ideal for your home. All of our fabrics are tactile and durable.
Now also available is the high quality 100% woollen fabrics “swatch” from Moon Furnishings used on our new Compact Upholstery Collection. As one would expect our new Compact Upholstery Collection is also available in any of our existing fabrics – simply ask your local stockist for details.
