We are so confident in the quality of our furniture that we guarantee our Old Charm Collection for life. Our other collections also come with great guarantees too!
2. We use character oak
Character oak features beautiful knots and grain patterns that really show off the wood. It also means that every piece of Old Charm looks different.
3. Our finishing goes through 8 stages
To get our distinctive finish the process includes staining, sanding, sealing, spraying and waxing.
4. Our hardwood chair frames are dowelled, screwed and glued
The quality expected from our cabinet is also found in our upholstery. For maximum strength, the frames of our upholstery models are double or triple dowelled, screwed and glued, so they’re not going anywhere!
5. We still use traditional techniques
In our cabinet collections we still use mortise and tenon joints and dovetail joints. These tried and tested joints are strong and have withstood the test of time – mortise and tenon joints date back around 7,000 years!
6. We have over 120 fabrics to choose from
There is choice aplenty in our fabric swatches! We also have active collaborations with Abraham Moon and Harris Tweed to add 100% wools to the selection. Choose from plains, patterns, stripes, tartans and more. If you still can’t find anything you like…
7. We offer a Customer’s Own Material service

8. Our fabrics exceed expectations
Domestic fabrics need to withstand a minimum of 15,000 rubs. We choose fabrics with 18,000 and above to ensure they are hardwearing yet comfortable.
9. We can refurbish old pieces
If your furniture has seen better days, we can bring it back to our factory to give it a new lease of life! From reupholstering dining chairs to a complete strip and repolish of a piece, we can make your old furniture look as good as new! Full details here.
