Should an issue arise in meeting the standard delivery time a member of our customer service team will contact you.

Cancellation & Returns

As our upholstery is bespoke and made to order, If, after having placed your order, you change your mind for whatever reason, you may not be able to cancel. Please contact us as soon as possible.

If you’re unhappy with the quality, or your order is not correct simply contact us as soon as possible. Should there be any damage please include photos of the item as it will help our team assess the issue and organise either a replacement, a repair or a full refund. You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your items in which to advise us that you do not want to keep them. After this period has passed we do not accept returns of any items purchased unless faulty. If you wish to return an item you must write to us using the form on the Contact Us page on our website.
